The intension is to provide direct access to materials that can be used to raise awareness within your community and access diagnosis. The Southern First Nations Network of care is dedicated to supporting research initiatives that support individual, family and community empowerment. We also provide training and case management support to the Southern First Nations service delivery system.

-
FASD Training Series
A diagnosis is not necessary to attend these workshops as we recognize that many cannot obtain maternal alcohol usage history and/or do not meet the threshold for a diagnosis. We also recognize that there are many other issues and conditions that look like FASD or co-occur with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder so our training must be comprehensive to meet the needs of our families and communities.
